Our General Dentistry services include:

One Visit Root Canals - Today, with a special dental procedure called a root canal therapy you may save your tooth. Inside each tooth is the pulp which provides nutrients and nerves to the tooth, it runs like a thread down through the root. When the pulp is diseased or injured, the pulp tissue dies. If you don't remove it, your tooth gets infected and you could lose it. After the dentist removes the pulp, the root canal is cleaned and sealed off to protect it. Then your dentist places a crown over the tooth to help make it stronger.

Teeth Cleanings - Did you know that your teeth can now be cleaned with ultrasonic vibrations, using ultrasonic scalers? These instruments actually vibrate plaque and calculus off your teeth, even in areas below your gums which are beyond the reach of ordinary scalers. Teeth Cleaning

Fillings - When decay has eaten away at the tooth a hole remains. The dentist needs to fill this hole produced by the decay, a filling is thus placed. Today there are basically two types of filling, silver fillings and white fillings.

Dentures:
We are a full service dental office and denture laboratory. We provide our patients with personal dental care covering all general dental services at affordable prices.

Dental Implants:
Implants are devices that replace the roots of missing teeth, and are used to support crowns, bridges or dentures. Implants are placed in your jawbone surgically.

IV Sedation:
This type of sedation can only be offered by dentists trained and licensed for conscious sedation. Some patients with long dental appointments also use this type of sedation to make their time with the dentist more pleasant. The licensed dentist has more control with the IV route than with the oral sedation delivery (pills). Medicines are delivered through an IV line placed in the arm.

Oral Pathology Services:
Dr. Boone diagnoses and treats lesions of the hard and soft tissues . When indicated, he removes these lesions and submits them for laboratory biopsy.

Periodontal Disease

Periodontal diseases take on many different forms, but are usually a result of a coalescence of bacterial plaque biofilm accumulation of the gingiva and teeth, combined with host immuno-inflammatory mechanisms and other risk factors which can lead to the destruction of supporting bone around natural teeth.

Porcelain Veneers:
With veneers you can change the shape and length of your teeth. Veneers are thin, durable shells designed to cover the front of the teeth and are typically made of porcelain and are extremely durable, stain resistant, and easy to maintain.

Dental Crowns:
Dental crowns are caps that fit over the entire tooth. The targeted tooth is prepared by removing damaged areas and shaping it to accommodate the dental crown. An impression of the prepared tooth is made so that the crown can be precisely crafted to fit snugly on the tooth.

Dental Bridges:
Dental bridges, like implants and partial dentures, are used to replace missing teeth. There are several types of fixed dental bridges (cannot be removed), including conventional fixed bridges, cantilever bridges and resin-bonded bridges.
